27 Sep A special something on Daughter’s Day!
When you’re pregnant in a country where you can’t find out the gender of the baby while in the womb, you will very often find people asking you the same question again and again and again – “What do you think it is, a boy or a girl?”
While I would quite often pray to be blessed with a soul whom I’m able to nurture with all my love, I would secretly wish for a Daughter. Infact, I couldn’t imagine myself any other way.
Daughters are special and the news of a new baby girl, literally brings tears of joy in my eyes.
Today, I feel more than blessed on having a daughter and I thank the Universe for the same each day. I thank my lovely little girl for choosing me to be her mother.
